Every item sold by everton-memorabilia is guaranteed to be an authentic item as we do not purchase items from third parties, every autographed item is either signed in front of our own eyes or obtained through a known reputable source. We are extremely proud of this fact and believe it is the only way we can guarantee each and every item to be genuine. It is a policy we have practiced since day one. Authenticity is the one thing we can be 100% sure of, this allows us to provide you with our company Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which acts as the lifetime guarantee of any signed piece of memorabilia you purchase from us.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Great care is taken to get your item to you in great condition, however we do realise that it is inevitable from time to time that a parcel we send is going to get damaged, delayed or lost in transit. In these rare instances, we will always offer a replacement item if we have one in stock, failing that we will offer an exchange of goods or a full refund, including return postage costs.
If your parcel has not reached you in good time, get in touch with us via our contact form and we will investigate with immediate effect. We will always keep you updated throughout as we understand that many purchases are made with the intention of giving someone a gift. For any items that have been damaged or lost in transit, please proceed via our returns form and give as much detail as possible to help us solve the problem quickly.
Unwanted goods can be returned to us for exchange or a full refund providing the items are received by us in the exact condition they were sent out within 28 days of the purchase date. Please note that the customer is responsible for return postage and we strongly advise anything returned to us is sent via a tracked method of delivery as we cannot exchange or refund goods that we haven't received back. Please fill in a returns form prior to sending any unwanted items back to us as we will instruct you on how to proceed.
